What features are being gamified on the mobile app?

1. Auto-Loan Repayment || Credit Score -This has to do with the repayment of auto loans and credit worthiness. It is at the core of our service and is very sensitive.
What is it called?
It is called “Credit Boss”. It consists of a total of 150 points. 100 points are standard points and 50 points are extra points. Credit Boss contains 5 levels. Each level has a total of 20 points to be obtained.
How does it work?
For every loan you take out, you are eligible for 20 points. This means you need to take out 5 loans to get the maximum 100 points. (20 points = 1 loan). You can also earn 10 extra points if you repay your loan before the due date. (10 points = 1 loan).
Use Case
You take out an auto loan of 50,000 NGN (Principal + Interest) and you are to pay it back 10 times.
What happens is that the 20 points you are eligible for will be divided by 10 (the number of instalments for your loan.
So, every time you pay back this loan on time you get 2 points but when you don’t pay back on time, you get nothing even when you pay after.
This means if you pay 7 of the instalments on time and default on 3, you only get 14 points out of the 20 you are eligible for.
N/B: You are also eligible for 10 extra points on every loan taken. This means you need to take out 5 loans to get a maximum of 50 extra points. (10 points = 1 loan). If loan repayment is spread across 5 months, users who pay before the due date get an extra 2 points (10 / 5).

2. Service Tracker - The service tracker is an in-app feature that gives the user real-time updates on their auto service application process.
What is it called?
It is called “Track Boss”. It consists of a total of 100 points.
How does it work?
Every time you view an update on your service tracker and confirm within 24 hours you earn 2 points. It is divided into 5 levels. Each level contains 20 points. To move to the next level, you must have checked your car service update 10 times.

3. Homepage Banner - The homepage banner is an in-app advert banner that shows Users the latest happenings and updates about Flickwheel.
What is it called?
It is called “Curious Flicker”. It consists of a total of 250 points.
How does it work?
Every time you consume the content on the homepage banner within 30 minutes, you earn 5 points. Curious Flicker is divided into 5 levels. 50 points are allocated for each level

4. Vin Check - Vin Check is an in-app feature where a User can get a detailed VIN report of their vehicle with the use of their VIN (chassis number)
What is it called?
It is called “Vin Boss”. It consists of a total of 60 points. 50 points are standard points whilst 10 points are extra points.
How does it work?
Every time a VIN Report is purchased, a User gets 10 points. There are no levels in Vin Boss. You are required to purchase a VIN Report 5 times to earn up to 50 points. You can also earn an extra 2 points if you upload your vehicle through VIN. This extra point is capped at 5.

5. Onboarding Process- This consists of the whole sign-up process and vehicle(s) addition.
What is it called?
It is called “Official Flicker”. It consists of a total of 25 points. Official Flicker is a one-off point earning. There is no level.
How does it work?
You earn 10 points after completing the signup process, and 15 points after adding your vehicle.

6. App Review- This involves dropping a review after engaging with our app.
What is it called?
It is called “Flicky Fan”. It consists of a total of 15 points. Flicky Fan is a one-off point earning, there is no level.
How does it work?
You can earn 5 points when you drop a text review on the Flickwheel app, and 10 points when you agree to share a testimonial of your Flickwheel experience
